Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40 pounds as needed and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert to help families from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Lead and coach store team to deliver an inclusive, customer-focused experience.
• Model service standards and drive an omni‑channel experience.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties and drive results while addressing customer concerns.
