Job summary

Altar’d State in Las Vegas is seeking a Brand Representative (Sales Associate) to deliver exceptional guest service, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, inviting store environment. You will work to achieve individual sales goals that support overall store performance.

You’ll engage customers, ring up transactions accurately, help with merchandising, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by anticipating needs and building relationships.
• Drive revenue and meet individual sales goals to support store performance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment.
• Handle transactions accurately and assist with opening/closing duties as needed.
