Job summary

Mondelez International is hiring part-time Nabisco Merchandisers to fulfil store merchandising needs, stock shelves, and maintain or replace displays. You will promote world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit while building relationships with store staff and the Mondelēz sales team.

Responsibilities include in-store visits, photo documentation, following negotiated store plans, and executing seasonal displays.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid state driver’s license.
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations.
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs (up to 50 lbs occasionally).
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store staff and optimize visibility of products on shelves.
• Carry out in-store visits per DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photos of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented and stocked per guidelines.
• Follow negotiated store plans and communicate issues to Mondelēz management.
• Adhere to the merchandising manager’s daily schedule for efficient service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude while in-store representing Mondelēz.
