Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Gainesville, FL. You will bring the brand to life by delivering an amazing in-store experience, educating guests about AE and Aerie products, and building brand loyalty with every customer.

You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed, staying energetic in a fast-paced setting. Enjoy employee discounts and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people.
• You can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
• You are available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while following policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures with integrity.
