Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep current with Mobile-First Design and Adobe InDesign to expand the creative toolkit.
• Bridge Written Communication vision and Attention Management without breaking either.
• Shape brand voice across every touchpoint Kent customers notice.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Time the reveal in a launch film so the logo lands earned, not slapped on.
• Steer mid-level reviews toward decisions, not opinions.
• Translate HTML/CSS research findings into a visual usable by the whole floor.
• Prototype interactions in Illustration and refine them via usability testing.
