Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help families choose baby essentials and school items.

You’ll lead by example, coach teammates, and maintain a warm, inclusive selling floor. The role emphasizes customer service, brand education, and teamwork, with the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work on a sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Lead and coach others to success while modeling service standards and omni-channel experience.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and resolving customer concerns promptly.
• Utilize customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs, including credit.
