Carter’s is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in Houston to be the first face of our baby brand. You will welcome customers, explain product features, and support families through shopping journeys from newborn essentials to back-to-school items.

As a leader, you’ll coach teammates, model service standards, manage assigned business focus areas, and run Leader on Duty responsibilities. Availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, coach and work with a team.
