Carter’s in Tyler, TX is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll welcome customers, explain product features, and help families prepare for new arrivals, school moments, and everyday parenting.

As a Leader on Duty, you will coach teammates, drive store results, and uphold service standards across omni-channel channels. A high school diploma or GED is required, with strong communication and computer skills; some lifting and extended

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
Strong communication and computer skills; ability to learn store systems.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Welcome customers with a warm greeting and explain product styles and benefits.
Lead and execute a business focus area with planning and follow-through.
Coach and develop team members to deliver exceptional service.
Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities and address customer concerns.
Support asset protection and safety with consistent customer service.
