Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters in Louisville is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You will educate guests on AE & Aerie products, help them find perfect fits, and share the brand love by inviting them to join the loyalty program and explore brand channels. Be ready to work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model and provide a friendly shopping experience.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and offer personalized recommendations.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity and within company policy.
• Contribute as a team player and support store goals.
