Advantage Solutions is hiring a part-time Retail Sales Associate in Boston, MA. You will engage customers through product sampling to drive sales, providing enthusiastic service and product knowledge.

Training is provided, with scheduling typically 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends, and you may lift up to 50 lbs while standing for several hours. No prior experience is required; transportation and familiarity with using a smartphone to record shifts are helpful.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand up to 6 hours.
• Available to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers through product sampling.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic customer service and product knowledge.
• Record shifts and gestures using a smartphone after each shift.
• Maintain clean and organized sampling area and equipment.
