Job summary

Advantage Solutions in New Jersey is hiring for a friendly Retail Sampler who will engage shoppers, sample foods and beverages, and help connect customers with products. This part-time role offers $16.00 per hour, paid training, opportunities to grow within the company, and flexible hours including weekends.

You’ll lift up to 50 lbs, stand for several hours, and work 2–3 shifts weekly with support from a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work 2–3 shifts per week, including weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• No prior experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and conduct food/beverage sampling to drive sales.
• Record notes and report interactions after shifts.
