Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Sr Brand Ambassador in Fremont, IN. You will bring our brand to life daily, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our company values with authenticity.

You will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program while collaborating across store zones. AEO emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support teammates to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and comply with AEO policies and procedures.
