• Proactively focuses on the customer at the core of all decisions.
• Supports company initiatives and team training to achieve results.
• Uses More Ways to Shop and supports new technology to drive business.
• Represents the customer experience expectations in store.
• Delivers a consistent experience aligned to RL Brand expectations.
• Supports RL core values and a collaborative environment.
• Engages in networking to build a clientele.
• Provides feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
• Strengthens customer connectivity with alternative purchasing paths (e.g., Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, Ship to Home).
• Broadens customer access to product discovery via QR codes, digital catalogs and virtual stores.
• Provides feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs.
• Ensures sales floor and store standards are met.
