Role Overview:

Part-Time Brand Ambassadors prioritize a customer-first mindset and are passionate about delivering personalized, inspiring shopping experiences that exceed expectations. Success in this role involves teamwork, curiosity, resourcefulness, and a commitment to inclusivity.

Responsibilities:

1. Motivate to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
2. Focus on customer needs to drive business proactively.
3. Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
4. Utilize technology and 'More Ways to Shop' to enhance sales results.
5. Represent the customer experience and uphold RL brand standards.
6. Champion RL core values and foster a collaborative environment.
7. Build a clientele through networking and ongoing feedback to management.
8. Support alternative purchasing methods and broaden product discovery avenues.
9. Maintain store standards consistently.

Qualifications:

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills with customers and staff.
• Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals safely.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts and travel.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
