Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Sarasota, FL to bring our brand to life in-store. You will create an amazing shopping experience, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote loyalty programs.

This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and delivering friendly, helpful service to every guest. The position requires a people-focused, energetic teammate who can adapt across Sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom while upholding AE policies

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• Able to stay energetic and help multiple guests in a fast-paced store.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products and share that passion with guests.
• Retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to get the job done.
