Position Overview

Brand Ambassadors prioritize the customer experience, providing personalized and inspiring service that exceeds expectations. Success in this role involves being a team player who is customer-focused, curious, resourceful, and committed to inclusivity.

This position serves as an entry point for future leadership roles within Ralph Lauren, offering opportunities to grow and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first mindset.
  2. Understand sales objectives and consistently meet or exceed KPIs such as SPH and data capture, utilizing key tools to drive performance.
  3. Contribute to achieving sales targets by collaborating with the team and maintaining brand standards.
  4. Demonstrate passion and knowledge of fashion and styling.
  5. Educate customers on programs, initiatives, resources, and offerings.
  6. Assist customers in fitting rooms with sizing and maintain store standards.
  7. Maintain store standards, policies, and processes on the sales floor and back of house, including opening and closing duties.
  8. Support operational activities like floor sets and replenishment.
  9. Participate in training sessions related to compliance, products, processes, and talent development.
  10. Balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
  11. Provide feedback to management on product and category opportunities.
  12. Maintain visual standards and use visual techniques according to company guidelines.
  13. Support a positive, professional work environment by upholding core values and policies.
  14. Collaborate with colleagues to foster an inclusive team environment.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
  1. Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile environment preferred.
  2. Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
  3. Physical ability to maneuver around the sales floor, operate chemicals, lift up to 30 lbs, and climb moderately.
  4. Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods.
  5. Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts, with potential travel.
  6. Ability to build positive relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
