Responsibilities

1. Drive daily business and achieve sales goals.
2. Focus on customer needs to proactively drive business.
3. Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
4. Utilize various shopping channels and support new technology.
5. Deliver a customer experience aligned with RL brand standards.
6. Represent RL core values and support a collaborative environment.
7. Build a clientele through networking.
8. Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
9. Support alternative purchase options and enhance product discovery.
10. Maintain store standards at all times.

Qualifications and Skills

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Physical ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs., and work with chemicals.
• Ability to operate registers, stand, walk, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and travel if needed.
• Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members.
