Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Brand Ambassador in San Diego to provide exceptional customer service and create a customer-first shopping experience. The role supports sales goals, store standards, and an inclusive team environment.

You will assist customers with product knowledge, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs while maintaining store standards and participating in ongoing training with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or similar high-volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and assist with product knowledge, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs.
• Meet or exceed individual performance goals and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting rooms, visuals, and back-of-house standards, including replenishment and opening/closing duties.

• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel as needed.
