Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and meet or exceed individual sales objectives and performance indicators.
• Support sales plans, connect with customers, and educate them about available programs and offerings.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, and complete opening and closing duties.
• Support replenishment, floor sets, visual standards, and other store operations.
• Participate in training, provide product feedback to management, and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
