Responsibilities include:

1. Motivating to drive daily sales and achieve goals.
2. Focusing on customer needs to proactively drive business.
3. Supporting company initiatives and participating in team training.
4. Utilizing 'More Ways to Shop' and new technology to enhance sales.
5. Representing customer experience expectations and maintaining brand standards.
6. Supporting a collaborative environment centered on the customer.
7. Networking to build a clientele and providing feedback to management.
8. Supporting alternative purchasing methods and enhancing product discovery.
9. Meeting store standards consistently.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge:

1. Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
2. Effective communication skills.
3. Ability to maneuver around the store, lift up to 30 lbs, and work with chemicals.
4. Ability to operate the register, stand, walk for long hours.
5. Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possibly overnight shifts and travel.
6. Ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
