Job summary

A leading retail company in Novi, MI is looking for a part-time Brand Ambassador to enhance the shopping experience and build brand loyalty. As the face of the company, you'll engage with guests, educate them on products, and promote the AEO loyalty program. Ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, be energetic, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Retail experience is preferred, and candidates must be at least 16 years old. Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, are required for this role.

Qualifications

• You should love interacting with people.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential.
• Must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products is a plus.
• Previous retail experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model.
• Educate guests on product details and provide product suggestions.
• Introduce guests to the AEO loyalty program.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Assist team members to ensure store success.
