As a Branch Ambassador, you’ll use your love of working with people and sharing product knowledge to play a vital role in our customers’ banking experience. Your responsibilities include performing transactions such as check cashing, deposits, transfers, and withdrawals, while monitoring fraud mitigation and following operational policies and procedures. Resolving customer inquiries efficiently to deliver an outstanding customer experience is key. We seek adaptable Ambassadors with a growth mindset, who are customer-obsessed, to thrive in our dynamic tech and financial environment. Our branch team aims to enhance the financial lives of the communities we serve. We are looking for outgoing, passionate individuals eager to join this reimagined banking experience.

Here’s what we’re looking for in you:

  • You’re friendly, engaging, and connect well with customers—whether helping with technology, engaging in casual conversations, or showcasing our services and products.
  • You can help reduce customer financial anxiety by assessing their personal and business financial needs, and connecting them with experts when necessary.
  • You understand the importance of compliance and will ensure all audit and security policies are followed according to bank and federal regulations.
  • You support customers across all branch functions, including cash handling and service needs, rotating based on customer demand.
  • Every Ambassador is an expert, contributing to an improved retail customer experience with fewer handoffs.
  • You’re naturally curious and eager to learn about our products, services, and experiences to guide customers effectively.
  • You’re digitally savvy, capable of demonstrating our mobile and online banking platforms using branch devices, and educating customers on various banking channels.
  • You’re a team player, working with and inspiring your colleagues.
  • You research and respond to customer inquiries, leveraging tools to recommend suitable solutions and enhance retention and engagement.
  • You are willing to travel between branches within your local area to support the market you're assigned to.

Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Retail, Sales, or Customer Service experience

- At least 6 months of cash handling experience

Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree
- 2+ years of Retail, Sales, or Banking Experience

The salary range for this role varies by location. For Maryland and Rockville, MD, the annual salary is $48,048. Salaries are prorated for part-time roles based on hours worked. Other locations will have pay ranges specific to those areas. The offered salary will be detailed in the candidate’s offer letter.
