Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete loyalty transactions, thank the guest.
• Ensure security of box office cash and tickets.
• Enforce theatre policies and location policies.
• Meet sales expectations through loyalty sign-ups, upselling and sampling.
• Operate POS terminals and process transactions with accurate change.
• Perform daily maintenance and stocking of supplies.
• Provide friendly, helpful, and fast guest service.
• Assist with other functions as instructed by management.
