Job summary

Marcus Theatres is seeking a part-time Box Office Attendant in Wisconsin (Appleton) to greet guests, manage ticket sales, and uphold theatre policies with a focus on hospitality. This role supports the theatre team and reports to management.

The position requires a friendly, efficient service mindset, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work late evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior cash handling and POS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete transactions by greeting guests, identifying requests, completing loyalty transactions and thanking guests.
• Ensure the security of all box office cash and tickets.
• Communicate and enforce theatre policies including location-specific Curfew Policies.
• Meet sales through loyalty card sign-ups, upselling and sampling.
• Operate point-of-sale terminals and process transactions with accurate change.
• Perform daily stocking and maintenance duties for supplies.
• Provide friendly, helpful, and fast guest service.
• Uphold Marcus' standards and company-wide programs.
• Assist with other functions as instructed by management.
