Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is hiring in Tulsa for a front-line role handling online orders and in-store/curbside pickup. You will pick, pack, and stage orders and ensure timely BOPIS fulfillment while maintaining accurate inventory using ILS processes.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months of related training, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a professional attitude. Schedule includes early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1–3 months related experience or training; or equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and stage online orders for in-store or curbside pickup.
• Ensure all BOPIS orders are fulfilled within the designated time frame.
• Accurately track and manage store inventory using ILS processes.
• Communicate with leadership to resolve problems or questions.
• Execute tasks on time and revise as needed to meet requirements.
• Perform all assigned goals and assist others to achieve theirs.
• Dress professionally and uphold Scheels' policies and procedures.
• Must be flexible to work a schedule between 7am and 7pm, including weekends and holidays.
