Job summary

Scheels All Sports, Inc. is seeking a full-time team member at our Tulsa location to collect and organize products for orders, pack and ship items, and manage inventory systems. You will work with leadership and fellow associates to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 months of related experience. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, stand for long periods, and collaborate effectively in a busy retail operations

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED; 1–3 months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination.
• Knowledge of inventory systems and ability to follow procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize products to complete orders from assigned lists.
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
• Understand brands, shops, and internal inventory systems.
• Execute project work plans to complete the task on time, and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
• Communicate with leadership and other team members to resolve problems or questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Effectively communicate with all associates.
• All other duties as assigned.
