Books A Million in Bloomington, MN is seeking a part-time Bookseller to deliver outstanding customer service and support store operations. You will greet customers, answer questions, perform cashiering, and promote memberships and other programs while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualified candidates are 16 years or older, with strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task, and basic computer/cashier skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years or older.
• Successful completion of required background screenings.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with questions and orders; efficient cashiering.
• Promote Memberships, Educator programs and other company programs.
• Balance cash drawer during shifts; follow Loss Prevention policies.
• Stock shelves and merchandise products per guidelines.
• Maintain sales floor cleanliness and assist with inventory when needed.
• Adhere to company asset protection standards and integrity in transactions.
• Additional duties including receiving shipments and basic fixture maintenance.
