Job summary

Fog City Services seeks a part-time offsite bookkeeper to support the C-Exec team in Sonoma County, CA. Responsibilities include recording transactions, invoicing, AP/AR management, bank reconciliations, and financial reporting in line with GAAP.

Candidates should be proficient with cloud-based accounting platforms, demonstrate integrity, analytical thinking, and a positive attitude, and be able to visit the farm a few times each quarter.

Qualifications

• Seeking retainer or part-time positioning for ongoing support (20–30 hours per month).
• Experience with cloud-based accounting platforms and GAAP is required.
• Ability to visit the farm a couple of times per quarter.

Responsibilities

• Record and manage transactions across accounting platforms including Quickbooks.
• Manage invoicing, tracking accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Bank reconciliations, matching internal ledgers and monitoring discrepancies.
• Financial reporting, Balance Sheets, P&L, and Cash Flow summaries.
