MultiMedical Systems is seeking a detail-oriented Biomedical Technician to join our team in Jacksonville, FL on a part-time basis. The role focuses on maintenance, repair, and calibration of biomedical equipment to ensure patient safety and reliable operation.

The successful candidate has at least 2 years of hospital biomedical equipment experience, an associate degree in a related field, and knowledge of regulatory requirements. Travel and flexible hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in biomedical engineering or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in biomedical equipment maintenance and repair in a hospital setting.
• Knowledge of medical equipment and regulatory requirements.
• Must pass background and drug screen (no exceptions).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and calibrations on medical equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
• Order and install replacement parts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals.
