Responsibilities

• Enter invoice and project information into QuickBooks
• Process a high volume of invoices (150+ per day)
• Review company credit card receipts and verify purchases
• Identify and report questionable transactions
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Complete additional administrative duties as assigned
