Job summary

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a typing test provided by A. Duie Pyle.
• 1 year of prior data entry experience preferred.
• Proficient computer and data entry skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; work effectively as an individual contributor and as part of a team.
• Strong familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including early mornings, evenings, and non-traditional holidays.
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Verifying and manifest checking information entered by billers.
• Entering information from Bills of Lading into the computer system.
• Auditing billers and manifest checkers based on accuracy and completeness.
• Reporting potential issues to management.
• Transferring data into files and/or data base systems.
