Citi in Central Islip, New York is hiring a Part-time Teller (20 Hours) who is bilingual English/Spanish preferred. This on-site role supports branch activities, delivers client-facing services, and processes transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

You will handle cash, identify referrals, educate customers about digital options, follow security guidelines, and contribute to a positive branch experience while meeting performance metrics.

• Previous relevant experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide a positive first impression through friendly and efficient customer service
• Perform accurate banking transactions and manage branch cash deposits and vault cash
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals
• Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi
• Adhere to bank policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety of assets
• Ensure client needs are met and manage client issues, escalating as needed
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and products
• Deliver exceptional client experience and meet performance metrics
• Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws and Citi policies
