Job summary

AT&T in Turlock, CA is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant. You’ll guide customers with a consultative approach, support community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

The schedule runs 9am–9pm, including weekends, with seniority-based planning and training provided if you’re new to retail. Ideal candidates have bilingual Spanish/English abilities and prior retail or customer-facing sales experience; additional pay may apply for

Qualifications

Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
Willing to work a 9am–9pm schedule including weekends.

Responsibilities

On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach to guide customers.
Be part of the community through events and outbound calls.
Fill online orders and engage existing and potential customers.
Work a schedule 9am–9pm, including weekends, with 2 weeks advance seniority-based planning.
Receive tools, training and coaching to meet goals even without prior sales experience.
