Qualifications

• Master's degree in the field or Bachelor's degree in a hospitality-related discipline plus substantial experience (normally no less than ten consecutive years with increasing levels of responsibility)
• If the Master's degree is outside the field, there is an increased expectation of substantial professional work experience in the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Teach 3+ credit hours across eligible subjects (e.g., Wine Fundamentals, Beer and Spirits, Enology, Wines)
• Interact with diverse students, faculty, and staff
• Infuse technology into coursework
• Provide timely robust feedback and student consultation as needed
