Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Tempe to represent a major beer brand. You will visit accounts, host on-premise sampling events, and educate customers about products while building strong relationships with staff and managers.

Ideal applicants are college-enrolled with prior brand ambassador or bartending experience, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and available Wed-Sun evenings. Training and apparel are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in the college advertised in the job.
• Must be 20 years or older due to alcohol training.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• 1 year plus Brand Ambassador or Bartending experience.
• Daily access to a PC with internet/email.
• Available to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit scheduled accounts weekly as provided by the Market Manager.
• Complete 3 events nightly and arrive in designated apparel.
• Engage consumers by offering samples and educating on the product.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts and staff.
• Provide feedback to Market Manager to improve sales.
• Complete activation recaps and report outcomes.
• Represent the company and its products positively to media and customers.
