Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent leading beer brands in Lawrence, KS. You will visit accounts weekly, engage customers, and educate on products while wearing provided apparel and using supplied sampling tools.

The role requires 18+ with responsible alcohol training and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include completing multiple events weekly, reporting back with activation recaps, and building relationships with staff and accounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with Responsible Alcohol Training.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• 1+ year Brand Ambassador or Bartending experience; on-premise sampling is a plus.
• Daily PC/internet access.
• Available Wed–Sun evenings.
• Passion for meeting people and promoting products.
• Engaging, outgoing personality with excellent communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit scheduled accounts weekly as provided by the Market Manager.
• Successfully complete 3 events on a nightly basis.
• Arrive in designated apparel with required items.
• Engage consumers by offering samples and educating on the products.
• Formulate, develop and maintain strong communication with customers.
• Complete activation recaps.
• Provide feedback to Market Manager to improve sales of brand products.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts and staff.
• Represent the company and its products to the media and customers positively.
