Job summary

Advantage Solutions seeks part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent Anheuser-Busch InBev across multiple accounts weekly. You will attend scheduled events, engage consumers with samples, and build strong relationships with store staff and customers.

Must be 20+, have alcohol training, and be willing to work Wednesday through Sunday evenings. Training and apparel are provided, with incentives for top performers.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in the college advertised in the job.
• Must be 20 years or older due to alcohol dispensation and requires Responsible Alcohol Training.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• 1 year plus Brand Ambassador or Bartending experience (On Premise Sampling is a plus).
• Daily access to a PC with internet/email access.
• Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday evenings.
• Passion for meeting new people and promoting great products.
• Outgoing, engaging personality with excellent verbal/written communication.

Responsibilities

• Visit scheduled accounts weekly as provided by the Market Manager.
• Complete 3 events nightly.
• Arrive in designated apparel with required items.
• Engage consumers by offering samples and educating on the product.
• Develop and maintain strong communication links with customers.
• Complete activation recaps.
• Provide feedback to Market Manager to improve sales of all brand products.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts and staff within assigned areas.
• Represent the company and its products to the media and customers in a positive manner.
