Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking part-time Brand Ambassadors to represent Anheuser-Busch InBev at on/off-premise accounts in Bloomington, IN. You will visit scheduled accounts weekly, engage consumers with samples, and educate on the products while building relationships with staff and customers.

You must be enrolled in the college advertised, 20+ years old with Responsible Alcohol Training, and available Wednesday–Sunday evenings.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in the college advertised in the job.
• Must be 20 years or older and complete Responsible Alcohol Training.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for up to 6 hours.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• 1 year plus Brand Ambassador or Bartending experience; on-premise sampling is a plus.
• Daily access to a PC with internet/email access.
• Available to work Wednesday–Sunday evenings.
• Engaging, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit scheduled accounts weekly as provided by the Market Manager.
• Complete 3 events on a nightly basis.
• Arrive in designated apparel with required items.
• Engage consumers by offering samples and educating on the product.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and staff.
• Complete activation recaps and provide feedback to Market Manager.
• Develop and sustain relationships with key accounts.
• Represent the company and its products to media and customers in a positive manner.
