We are looking for individuals passionate about serving others! Working at our guest reception area puts you at the heart of the hotel, engaging directly with guests. Your proactive, responsive, and caring attitude will significantly enhance the guest experience. Your primary responsibilities include serving and assisting guests during their stay by ensuring a memorable and efficient experience from arrival to departure. This includes handling guest requests such as luggage assistance, transportation, and providing information.

Responsibilities:
  1. Match luggage tags, write claim tickets, and detach portions for guests.
  2. Escort guests to accommodations, inspect rooms, and respond to requests.
  3. Organize and store luggage in designated areas.
  4. Answer questions and provide accurate information about hotel services.
  5. Stay informed about current events and entertainment in the city.
  6. Perform other related duties as assigned.
