Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood seeks a Part-time Behavioral Health Technician to assist in leading the nursing team at our Wickenburg, AZ location. You will provide direct patient care, monitor behaviors, supervise meals, and support therapeutic activities with a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires a high school diploma, the ability to obtain CPR/First Aid/CPI certifications, and a valid AZ driver’s license. Prior behavioral health experience is preferred, and ED knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and CPI certifications.
• Must possess AZ DPS fingerprint clearance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older per health services rules.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
• Experience in behavioral/mental health preferred.
• Eating Disorder knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality patient care with monitoring of patient activities and behaviors.
• Provide meal monitoring, support and redirection for patients with eating disorders.
• Support topic groups with therapy activities including art, recreational activities, meditation, and guided imagery.
