Qualifications

We are currently seeking an experienced Behavioral Health Chart Auditor to join our compliance team. This is a remote, part-time position; ideal for professionals seeking a flexible second role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough audits of behavioral health charts to ensure compliance with ASAM Criteria and commercial payer guidelines.
  • Document findings in Excel and our Proprietary Audit Dashboards.
  • Utilize Sunwave and Kipu EMRs to review and analyze patient records.
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations based on audit findings.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to enhance quality and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • Expert knowledge of ASAM Criteria.
  • Strong familiarity with commercial payer guidelines.
  • Proficiency in both Sunwave and Kipu EMRs.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience auditing behavioral health or substance use disorder charts.
  • CHC Certification Preferred, but not required.
  • Residency in Florida, Texas, or Tennessee. We are only accepting applications from these states at this time.

Hours & Flexibility

  • Approximately 10 hours per week.
  • Set your own schedule-early mornings, evenings, or weekends are welcome.
