Job summary

Point Quest Group in Barstow, CA is hiring Part-Time Behavioral Aides for the 2026/2027 school year. You will support K-12 students with learning, social, emotional, or behavioral needs, implementing IEPs and BIPs in collaboration with teachers and clinical staff. August start date with school-year schedule.

Position offers $18.50–$21.00 per hour, benefits, paid training, and daily Pay. Enjoy a 6.5-hour school-day, sign-on opportunities, and no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience working with students in school or treatment settings.
• DOJ/FBI Live Scan background and TB clearance as applicable by state.
• Strong communication skills and reliability.
• Some positions may require a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Implement IEPs and BIP to support targeted goals.
• Provide one-on-one instructional support tailored to student needs.
• Apply ABA methodologies to support behavior goals.
• Respond to crises using Pro-ACT or CPI techniques.
• Monitor and record student data on behavior and progress.
• Communicate progress with teachers and supervisors.
