Job summary

myHHBS in the Los Angeles area is seeking enthusiastic part-time Behavior Therapists to deliver one-on-one ABA services to children with developmental disabilities across Los Angeles County. The role emphasizes data-driven practice, collaboration with families and BCBA supervision, and flexible after-school hours (3:00–8:00, Mon–Fri).

Great training is provided, with paid onboarding, RBT supervision, mileage reimbursement, and potential for raises.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 6 months of experience working with people with developmental disabilities.
• Availability: at least 3 days per week Mon-Fri from 3:00–8:00.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and sit/ play on the floor for extended periods of time.
• Negative TB test within last 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans as part of a dynamic team under supervision of a BCBA and master’s level supervisor.
• Collect data on all programs.
• Analyze and assist young clients in developing appropriate social behaviors and life skills.
• Record detailed observation notes for every client.
• Collaborate with family members to obtain feedback on progress and provide support.
• Attend clinical team meetings and training sessions.

Pay Rate: $25-$35 per hour

• Competitivepay and initial and ongoing paid training - Maximum pay is dependent upon the combination of education and experience
