Job summary

Amergis, formerly known as Maxim Healthcare Staffing, is seeking a Behavior Technician in Lindenhurst, NY, on a part-time contract basis. The role focuses on facilitating educational and behavioral services for children and adults with special needs, in collaboration with school professionals and behavioral specialists.

Pay is $22 per hour, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of pediatric experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire/PPD or chest x-ray as required by policy.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
