Job summary

Intercare Therapy is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT required) in Riverside, CA for part-time roles. You will work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings, using ABA to build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Compensation includes a $500 sign-on bonus and paid training, with opportunities to work afternoons and early evenings. Requirements include a High School Diploma, active RBT certification, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel 20–40 miles.

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Active RBT Certification required.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license, registration & insurance.
• Comfortable with local travel to client locations (20–40 mile radius).
• Passion for working with children; related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (we train you)
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child
