Job summary

Intercare Therapy in California is hiring Behavior Technicians (RBT Required) for part-time roles supporting children with autism in home and clinic settings.

You’ll travel locally (20–40 miles), work 1:1, and help develop communication, social, and daily living skills. Training is provided and ongoing supervision is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Active RBT Certification is required.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license, registration and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home and clinic settings using ABA (training provided).
• Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Travel to client homes and local community locations to provide services (20–40 mile radius).
• Collaborate with families and supervisors to support consistent progress.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each child.
