Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services—SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician for in-home cases in the Ramsey area. The role supports 1:1 therapy with youth under ABA plans during Mon–Fri, 8am–12pm, with potential training to become an RBT.

Qualified applicants will have preference for RBT certification or comparable background, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation. Part-time benefits may apply for qualifying employees.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged populations.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance.
• Flexible with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement Applied Behavior Analysis driven programs for youth in homes or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Adhere to Company Policy and Procedures and protect confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to Company Policy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
