ACES is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or home-based settings, using evidence-based ABA techniques to build communication, social, and problem-solving skills. You’ll track progress with an iPad and collaborate closely with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Comfort using tablet-based technology.
• Reliable transportation, in-state driver’s license and active car insurance.
• Availability during times most needed by families.
• Experience working with children is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in centers or in home-based settings.
• Reinforce positive behaviors using ABA techniques.
• Track client progress using a company-issued iPad and data systems.
