Job summary

ACES is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our centers or in home-based settings. You will reinforce positive behaviors and track progress using our data systems and an company-issued iPad, collaborating with families and supervisors to support each child’s growth.

We offer a $1,000 sign-on for RBTs, or $500 for non-RBT hires, paid training, competitive pay and benefits, career advancement, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children.
• Strong communication skills with children and caregivers.
• Comfort using tablet-based technology and data systems.
