Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking caring, dependable Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for after-school hours. Session times are 3:30 to 5:30 PM, with additional opportunities available, in home, school, clinic, and community settings.

You will provide 1:1 ABA therapy, implement plans developed by a BCBA, and collect data to track progress in communication, social, and daily living skills. Training and certification support are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently while following clinical guidance.
• Positive, patient, and professional attitude.
• Ability to pass a background check and meet employment requirements.
• Availability during afternoon, evening, and/or weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents.
• Work in home, school, clinic, and community settings.
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Collect and record data during therapy sessions.
• Support children in developing communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
